Afternoon forecast, Tuesday, March 31

Two storm systems will impact Utah this week, bringing widespread valley rain and mountain snow. The first storm is moving in now and will continue through mainly Wednesday morning. The heaviest precipitation will come in overnight through Wednesday morning, then through the afternoon it will be a lot more isolated. The second storm will come in Thursday and will have colder air with it. Snow levels will drop to valley floors by Friday morning as lows will be near freezing.
