Bring heavy firepower and head into the boathouse where you will find the final Boss fight take place with Jack (Not the actual final boss fight, just final Jack fight) Once Jack, or now mutated Jack, begins to move around use the two floors to your advantage. Go up and down the ladder to gain vantage points and reveal eyes on his body that were otherwise impossible to see on a head on fight. Once you have destroyed all the eyes a cut scene takes place. Destroy his now last eye and wait for another cut scene. Jack is back to life and you are forced to inject him with one of the two serums to finish him off!
