Engineer-turned-entrepreneur Hitesh Rathi started the business Aadvik Foods in 2015 by selling one litre of camel milk to a customer. Since then, he and his business partner Shrey Kumar have been successfully running it. The only slump happened during the covid lockdown period, which according to Hitesh, has hit the business badly. The business is slowly recovering from the shock.
