Car Losing Power | Loss of Acceleration | Finding the Fault With FIX

A short while back I had my car being pulled back as if I'm forcing it to accelerate to go somewhere, First gear and second is fine, but when it comes to third and on an up hill the car will not accelerate further and start losing its power.
