Andrew Cuomo holds a press conference on the latest coronavirus developments in the state and the ongoing protests against police brutality. The two Buffalo, NY police officers who were seen shoving a 75-year-old man to the ground at a protest on Thursday have each been charged with second-degree assault— both have pleaded not guilty. Erie County DA John Flynn said that the charges were ‘black and white in the letter of the law.
