Erwin Schneider: Valse-Caprice in b flat minor

Schneider (1843-1922) was a german-american composer and teacher of violin and piano. This piece is nice, but I particularly like the very bright development in the middle section. It's somewhat surprising that a piece in this mood breaks out into such a joy and light feeling and it's a great contrast element.
