Mario Kart 9 - Wiggler's Garden (Fanmade)

Mario Kart 9 may never happen (thanks 8 deluxe booster course packs), but I thought it would be fun to create tracks for a hypothetical new instalment in the Mario Kart franchise. Mario Party DS is one of my all-time favourite games (I think it's hands-down the best Mario Party game), and I've always loved Wiggler's Garden for how cute and flowery it is. I thought it would make a great racetrack, so I took the theme from Mario Party DS and made it into a Mario Kart track.
