Sonic Mania Plus - Sonic+Tails Good Ending Speedrun in 47:16 RTA

Decided to come back to this category for the time being. Managed to achieve a pretty low 47:xx time, which I most likely couldn't have done without the help of a couple of new strats to existing tricks that makes them more consistent, like Studio Act 2, Titanic Act 1 and Titanic Act 2. I choked really hard on Metallic Madness Act 1, which costed me the 46:xx, but it'll happen one day. What version of Sonic Mania is this? This is the latest version of the game that introduced Mighty/Ray into the game. Being played on PC/Steam. What controller do you use? I use an Arcade Stick. More specifically the Street Fighter IV Tournament Edition Round 1 Fightstick by MadCatz for the Xbox 360, but modified with custom buttons/ball top and artwork. How do you Mach 3 instantly in Special Stages? On the Steam version of Sonic Mania Plus, if you press Y/Triangle on the controller, you instantly increase Mach. This seems to be a developer oversight, and since its easily accessible to anyone who plays on Steam, it's allowed. Why is the Super Sonic theme not playing when you transform?
