Manipur man dedicates 17 years to develop 300-acre forest in Langol hill range

Imphal (Manipur) September 6 (ANI): Manipur's jungle man—45-year-old Loiya, a resident of Uripok khaidem leikai in Imphal West who has been protecting nature for most of his life. Loiya quit his job to plant different species of plants and bamboo. He replanted Punshilok forest in Langol hill-range in 17 years. Punshilok, meaning 'Spring of Life', is located in Langol hill range and it is a living testament to his tireless efforts to protect nature.
