CONFIRMED: BULL RUN? 5 Reasons there will NOT be a Crash and a WARNING Welcome back everyone, In this video we will talk about the 5 reasons the next bull run is here and no crash is coming! 2) Warning before you buy now 1). The FED the Fed has done its best to ensure that the returns on bonds are quite low by signaling its willingness to buy unlimited quantities of Treasury and government-backed mortgage bonds. One of the goals of these infusions is to push investors away from the safety of the bond markets and into riskier assets, like stocks. 2) 2020 is a repeat of 1968 in the US and the market looks identical as well I was shocked when I started researching 1968 and saw the similarities to right now In 1968, Protests were happening around the nation and the world, Both in 1968 and now we have a presidential election The 1968 presidential election featured a highly divisive contest between Hubert Humphrey and Richard Nixon. And, of course, there also was the H3N2 “Hong Kong flu” pandemic that killed nearly 100,000 Americans and millions more globally in 1968 The end result for the market in 1968: After a 9% drop for the S&P 500 from January to March, the market rallied 24% and ended with a price gain of 7.6% for the year Thus far in 2020, the S&P is still down about 1% year to date, but has rallied 45% off the March lows So if the market continues the same pattern we saw in 1968, there is not a crash coming! 3). Computer traders For those of you that dont know, algorithm trading or electronic trading has been rising for years! So its up to the trader to contradict the model and move forward based on the news And for now, it seems the computers are winning that battle! 4). Unemployment dropped huge, showing V-shaped recovery is in Unemployment dropped huge from April to May And with the majority of the US and world reopening further into June That numbers should go down big again in June Which would stimmy any crash that may have been coming 5) Old guys are finally behind on the times and outdated, more new investors than ever! Warren Buffett is sitting on 130+ billion dollars He sold all his airline holdings Missing out on all the gains they just had if he had stuck to his long term buy and hold principles And the retail investor has a bigger position and voice than ever in the stock market Warning before buying now! Hopefully you feel as though I have laid out the case for why there wont be a crash, but a continued bull run moving forward Having said that, there will be a counterpoint video coming shortly showing you the other side of each of these points Why are wanting to buy now? Is it FOMO induced? No fundamental analysis, no plan or strategy, just FOMO But if that is the main reason for jumping in right now You may want to evaluate your decision further before jumping in.
