If you're watching the trial you know the defense wants the judge to show bias so he acts out in childish ways. Judge Whyte used the jury leaving as a change to cool his jets and decided to only remind Atty Taylor about decorum and the appeals process. This is why Taylor put forth the last moment motion to have Judge Whyte removed. He was putting him on notice so Whyte would lean in his favor. Whyte isnt playing.
