District attorney announces he won't pursue DUI charge against Aurora Officer Nate Meier

District Attorney George Brauchler announced Thursday he would not pursue a DUI charge against Aurora officer Nate Meier, who was passed out while on duty in his patrol vehicle, because of Garrity rights.
