A state where you're able to naturally and effortlessly go beyond the limiting beliefs of your own thoughts so that you can experience who you are at the core. And so when you start listening, when you start hearing the sound, your focus, your attention, your awareness easily on that vibration, putting it on the foreground of your mind when thoughts come. Don't try to eliminate the thoughts. Don't touch the thoughts. Simply go back as gently as possible to the vibration. Putting it back on the center stage of your personal space. And when the sound fades out, when it disappears, does it resonate in your own mind for a few extra moments? Keep it alive right here inside of yourself. You may now let go of the vibration. The meditation is over. Stay seated. Enjoy the calm, the peace and the stillness that you've created for yourself that we have created together in this meditation that your body to what it needs to do whenever you're ready, take a nice deep breath. Don't put your eyes. Stay there. Stay seated within yourself. Get reacquainted to the environment around you. And before you leave, I would like to read a passage from the Tao Te Ching that says: "A man with outward courage dares to die. A man with inner courage dares to live" Contemplate on done this today on your inner courage, on your life. And let me know in the comments section how this resonates with you and how you will take it in your experience, in your existence. -------------------------------- To sign up for my FREE WEEKLY LETTER, visit my website: https://www.raphaelreiter.com MEDIUM BLOG:   / raphaelreiter   PODCAST: https://raphaelreiter.podbean.com YOUTUBE:    / raphaelreiter   TWITTER:   / raphaelreiter   INSTAGRAM:   / raphael.reiter   FACEBOOK:   / meditatewithraph   ------------- #meditation #transcendence #guidedmeditation
