Mega drive Pal Asia with sound problem

This asian Pal mega drive has very low and full of noise sound, also no sound on headphone jack, replaced both sound chips and all capacitors on sound area an a litlle more sound level but still with lots of distortion, i used both video and rf cable with same result also tried several power supplies with same result, could use some help, also replaced 7805 voltage regulators.
