DADAD Improvisation

I recently received an order for a DADAD stick dulcimer; the customer wanted to test out the tuning of Folkcraft's MaxDAD dulcimer. Before I ship out each stick dulcimer, I test out a few tunes and improvise to make sure everything is working properly. This dulcimer turned out great and I was sad to put it in the mail! I hope you enjoy hearing what I came up with. DADAD is a really fun tuning and I may be making another of these for myself:) I'm using the kitchen table to amplify the sound. The bass register doesn't come through the camera as much as it does in person, but hopefully you can get some idea of how rich the sound is. Sometimes I was playing all 5 strings, and sometimes I would "stretch" out my chords so I was still playing a three finger chord, but with the full range the tuning has to offer.
