Steamed Taro Yam Cake. ( Wu Tau Koa)/ 蒸芋头糕

Ingredients List 1). 900gm Taro Yam (Cubed or Shredded/ Deep fried 10 min.) 2). 300gm Rice Flour 3). 75gm Tapioca flour or potato flour 4). 75gm Corn flour /Starch 5).75gm Wheat starch (Teng Mian Fen) 6). 2 tsp five spiced Powder. 7). 1 tsp sea salt. 8). 1 tsp white pepper 9).1 Tbsp sugar (Optional) 10). 1 tbsp sesame oil 11). 600ml water (mixed with Flour) 12). 1/2 R/ bowl dried shrimps 13). 1/2 R/ Bowl dried/ bloom Shitake mushrooms (Diced) 14). 1 pair Chinese sausage. (Remove the skin by soaking in water) steam and sliced into small pieces. 15). 600 ml water for stir-fry the ingredients. Topping : 1). Stewed Preserved minced Radish 2). Fried Shallots 3). Sliced red chilies 4). Diced Scallions 5). Diced Cilantro 6). Roasted black / sesame seeds. Serve with blended garlic chilies paste and sweet black sauce.
