RECIPE: (Serves 4) Mild Spicy Ingredients: 3tbsp oil 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 2 med onion,chopped salt to taste 3med tomatoes,chopped 1 heaped tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1.5 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp curry powder 3 med potatoes,peeled,cubed & boiled 1.5 cups water 2 tbsp fresh cream Method: 1. First take a pan and add 3tbsp of oil. Once the oil heats up,add in the cumin seeds. Add the choppped onions,along with the salt. Saute this for 2-3 min until the onions turn light pink. 2. Add the tomatoes and saute for 3-4 min until they turn soft and mushy. 3. Add the spices i.e red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and curry powder. Give it a mix. Now take a masher and smash the tomatoes very well. 4.Now add the potatoes and fry thorughly. Add the water and stir this well. Bring it to a boil. 5. Now simmer and add the fresh cream. Mix this up for a minute,then turn off the flame and close the lid and let the flavours get absorbed by the potatoes. Music: http://www.bensound.com/
