Modern melanoma treatment in the UK
Dr Joseph Sacco speaks with ecancer at ESMO 2018 in Munich about the recent changes in the landscape of melanoma treatment in the UK. Dr Sacco explains that, up until the last 10 years, treating melanoma was extremely difficult but that a plethora of new agents has dramatically improved the situation in recent years. He goes on to say that, although this is an evolving field, most of the treatments are accessible within the NHS for UK patients.
