Liara Doesn't Realize Jacob is Dead - Shadow Broker - Mass Effect 2
After the run on the Collector base, and Jacob's death, Shepard invites Liara up for a friendly visit. Liara knows that someone died on the mission, but she apparently doesn't realize that Jacob is the one that died. I guess the romance lives on into death or the devs thought no one would actually kill off their lover. I like how Shepard deals with the fallen here too. (Note the flipped down picture.)
