Smt. Deepa Shashank on Ganesh Kurse's ಹಾಡುವ ಗೂಡು

Deepa Shashank is a learned Musician and a music teacher. Learnt Hindusthani Classical Music primarily with Smt. Gouri Sidhdhi, Smt. Lata Udagani, then with Smt. Vasudha Sharma of Sagara and now with Dr. Harish Hegde of Mahila Vishwavidhyalaya Vijayapura. She worked as Music teacher at Tungala school of Jamakhandi and Tejas International Residential School of Bagalkot. She has given many Classical and semi classical Music programes at Dharwad, Sagara, Vijayapura, Jamakhandi and at many more places. She has given her programes at Karawali Utsav Karwar, Yuvajanotsava, All India Radio Dharwad Yugadi Utsav etc. She is happily married to Shri Shashank Hegde presently working with Lions School Sirsi as Head Master. She has got two children, Ayana and Ameya.
