How to Add CheckerBoard Effect on Premiere Pro [NEW]

The term "CheckerBoard Effect" usually refers to the Checker Wipe transition in Adobe Premiere Pro, which creates a segmented, checkerboard pattern when wiping between two video clips. To easily add this, you need to open the Effects panel, expand the Video Transitions folder, then open the Wipe folder, and drag the Checker Wipe transition directly onto the edit point between your two clips on the timeline. Once the transition is applied, you can select it and use the Effect Controls panel to adjust the Border Color and Border Width to customize the lines between the checker squares, and utilize the Reverse option to change the direction of the transition.
