Hello friends, Welcome to "cooking with girija" Today I am going to show you how to make "hirvi mirchi cha thecha" or "hari mirch ka thecha". This is a chutney recipe. This chutney is very popular in Maharashtra. With any kind of chaat recipe they serve this chutney. With main course food they serve this. Most of the mumbai street food we often get this chutney. Ingredients : 8-10 green chilli 8-10 cloves of garlic 3 tbs grated coconut 2 tbs sesame seeds 4 tbs chopped coriander leaves 2 tsp oil Salt as per taste Method: Break green chilli into half. Heat a pan add oil . Add chilli and garlic. Stir it for 1 minute. Now add coconut and sesame seeds. Fry it for another 1 minute. It's done now. In a jar add this fried things and add coriander leaves. Add salt as per taste. Corsly grind this. Don't use water. Without using water we have to grind this. It's ready now.
