Six years of battle with oral cancer. Numerous surgeries. By the 5th recurrence, Dr. Powers was able to beat oral cancer. His personal experience has been the silver lining to our practice - it's Oral Cancer Awareness Month every single month. Especially as the demographics of those who are diagnosed with oral cancer has changed significantly over the years, we make sure to provide screening for every single patient that comes into our office.
