Megaman X2 - All Item Locations - Shoryuken, Hearts, Subtanks and Armor

I've compiled a list of how to get each item in Megaman X2. After all, there are so many. Questions often arise, "How do I get the Shoryuken?" or "How do I do the Double Neon Jump?" or simply "Where can I find Hearts and Subtanks?" With that in mind, I've shown several ways to get the same items, so everyone can use whatever method they prefer.
