Washington sanctions Moscow: New restrictions on two top Russian oil firms

The US has announced new sanctions on Russia targeting the oil sector to try to get them to negotiate an end to the war in Ukraine. The move comes just a day after it was revealed a planned summit between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin has been cancelled.
