Modding/IMPROVING Project DIVA X...Creating the REAL ULTIMATE FESTIVAL!!!

I made an improvement this time!!! From the video you will have noticed I have added my own button sounds and have been able to somewhat port the medleys to any of the festivals. Unfortunately I was unable to swap the animations (choreography), lyrics and the time limit for the song in question. It would seem the time limitter is buried quite deep somewehere otherwise I would have modified it. Update on custom mods: I have made a lot of progress and done probably close to around 50 or so tests and am getting either very close or no where near?! If you know anything about the model and texture structure within the game e.g. the OSD, OSI, TXD and TXI files, then please do let me know in the comments!
