Today we will be doing a smoking a bacon wrapped pork loin on the Weber Kettle 22 using the Slow N Sear. And we will be glazing it with a homemade Pineapple Maple Glaze that is sure to add even more flavor. We purchased this pork loin from our local Sam’s Club, it was already brined, seasoned and wrapped in Bacon. Prior to Smoking this Pork Loin we removed it from the fridge to allow it to come up to room temp. This smoked pork loin recipe is very simple since all the hard work is complete. Most store bought pork loins are about 3-5lbs, so on the low end you are looking at about 2.5-3hour cook at 250-275 degrees.
