Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan warmly congratulated the Indian Blind Women’s Cricket Team for winning the World Cup. He praised their hard work, courage, and determination, saying they made the whole country proud. At his camp office in Mangalagiri, Pawan Kalyan spent quality time with the team members and encouraged them with kind words. Showing his generous nature, Pawan Kalyan gave financial help from his own personal money. Each player received ₹5 lakh, and each coach was given ₹2 lakh. In total, he provided ₹84 lakh as support. Along with money, he gifted sarees, shawls, mementos, Kondapalli toys, and Araku coffee as a mark of respect and love. Pawan Kalyan said that disability should never stop anyone from achieving success. He requested all Chief Ministers across India to support blind women’s cricket and care for such talented players. He also promised to speak personally to leaders about their needs. He felt proud that two Telugu girls, Captain Deepika and Karuna Kumari, were part of the World Cup-winning team.
