CHOCOLATE CARAMEL POT - (Serves - 4) Ingredients 250 grams chopped dark chocolate ½ cup castor sugar 1 cup milk ½ cup fresh cream ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder 3 egg yolks 2 tablespoons butter Sea salt for sprinkling Method 1. To prepare custard, heat milk in a non-stick pan. Add ¼ cup cream, ¼ cup castor sugar and cinnamon powder, mix and bring mixture to boil. 2. Take egg yolks in a bowl and whisk. Add some milk mixture and whisk well. Add it to milk mixture, whisk and cook for 1-2 minutes. 3. Add chocolate, mix and cook till it melts. Transfer in another bowl and whisk. 4. To prepare caramel sauce, heat remaining castor sugar in another non-stick pan and cook till it caramelizes. Add remaining cream and mix. Add butter, mix and cook for 1 minute. 5. Pour the chocolate custard mixture into small individual glass jars filling ¾ and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes or till set. 6. Put some caramel sauce and sprinkle some sea salt on top.
