Hypocrite Meme {Neglect and Bright colors Warning}

I honestly didn't expect to finish this in 3 days, but I did. I never included many of my other characters, so this was a good opportunity to show some history into where they came from. Dr. Ruffles used to care about his subjects, but got too forgetful and stressed that he neglects his test subjects now, only testing them horribly, forgetting to feed them, and sometimes, just forgets they exist. Idk if this should have a neglect warning, but there isn't enough info on them yet.
