This is a Video where I review the Thomas & Friends DVD the second one to have Season 12 Episodes and it’s High Speed Adventures. I hope you guys like it. Note: When I was talking about Rosie's Carnival Special my favorite Season 12 Episode of all time I also forgot to mention about Stepney it was his last and final time speaking in the Series and how his whistle was a higher pitched Version of Thomas' Whistle.
