Cartoon Network - assorted goodies (March 2010 - May 2011)

Good news for Adventure Time fans! This video is pretty much nothing but Adventure Time. It's intriguing to see how much CN's changed since its premiere. From the days of Chowder and Flapjack, to the early days of the 2010 rebrand, to the premiere of the similarly popular Regular Show, I've found that this video offers a lot of insight into the various transitional periods CN's had over the years. I barely watched any CN during this time--Adventure Time included--but I think it's a fascinating display of the rise of such an impactful cartoon. These were all taken from encodes of a /co/ regular by the name of "GottaVCR", who encoded the show all the way from the first sneak peek to the second season finale. Notably, his encodes were released in a very timely fashion, usually appearing within an hour of the episodes' premieres, which made him popular among many anons. If the legends are true, he died in an F5 tornado not long after he finished encoding the second season. Rest in peace. Contents ---- 1. Adventure Time sneak peek bumper [note the "with Finn & Jake" banner!] 2. PG parental advisory bumper (Har Har Tharsdays variant) 3. Adventure Time series premiere promo ("Finn Time") 4. Har Har Tharsdays bumper [incomplete] 5. Adventure Time series premiere countdown bumper 6. "The Enchiridion!" promo 7. "Ricardio the Heart Guy / Business Time" promo 8. "Wizard" promo 9. "The Duke" promo 10. Dancing Finn bumper 11. "Double Rainicorn" bumper 12. Regular Show series premiere promo 13. "We'll be right back" bumper*** 14. Regular Show "Caffeinated Concert Tickets" promo 15. "Gut Grinder" promo 16. Regular Show "Prank Callers" promo 17. "Storytelling" promo 18. Next bumper: new Regular Show [incomplete] 19. "Her Parents" promo 20. "Guardians of Sunshine" promo 21. "Susan Strong" promo 22. "Mortal Folly / Mortal Recoil" promo *** When "Rainy Day Daydream" premiered, it was oddly enough split up into two parts in spite of being an 11-minute episode (I've heard it was to give Regular Show a ratings boost). This is the bumper that played between those two parts. It's worth noting that CN did the same tactic with "What Have You Done?". The encode I have of that episode doesn't have any bumpers, but I imagine they were similar to "Rainy Day Daydream"'s.
