Harford County's heroin coordinator is using numbers to track down drug dealers

The heroin epidemic continues to claim lies across the state. Over the summer, Governor Larry Hogan pumped about $3 million into the battle. For 18 law enforcement agencies, those grants allowed them to create heroin coordinator positions. ABC2 News checked in with Harford County.
