Sam DuBose's sister tears up while discussing trial

Terina Allen, the sister of Sam DuBose, an unarmed black motorist who was shot and killed by former UC police officer Ray Tensing in 2015, became emotional Friday night when she learned that the jury still had not arrived at a verdict in Tensing's murder trial.
