AMAZING Spencer Traction Elevator - The Dante Building - San Francisco, CA

[Recorded 6-15-22] This is a really cool old elevator in an equally cool office building! This may have originally been an old OTIS that was modernized by Spencer. The COP was replaced with a newer Cutler-Hammer one that is still vintage. I LOVE the buzz that the motor makes when this thing runs, and the harsh stops are super fun. This is definitely one of the coolest publicly accessible elevators in the city.
