Lara searches for a medkit resource. Until she comes back from the Endurance, with Alex's tools, to the beach. It was a pretty hard gameplay, due to all the glitches I found. Enemies suddenly teleporting in front of my aim, or simply disappearing from the scenario. Or never stop coming. Lara slides on the ropes with a very weird posture. Etc. Anyway. I've been playing Tomb Raider Survival since its 2013 release, always on PC. I've never seen so many glitches in this game. Which does not happen in the sequel games like ROTR and SOTR. It's pretty frustrating, but at the same time, a challenge. I always saw a few differences from the 2013 Tomb Raider PS version, like Lara's face shape and stuff, even though I never played it on PS.
