You can really make lots of GP/H here although the slayer and combat exp aren't great. Nihil pouches have been worth a lot for a long time so yes, method is safe k? In case you missed it, you can use 10 elder energies to transmute each Nihil pouch ingredient to another. It is best to transmute the Smoke Nihil ingredients to anything else. Usually blood nihils are superly expensive due to its effectiveness with melee but sometimes Shadow or Ice Nihils are more priced. So just check the prices and choose whatever you want. For the most part, Smoke nihils will always be worth less than the other nihil pouches. Also, with the skillcape perk update, you can now take advantage of Divination skillcape perk which has a chance to save Nihil ingredients when transmuting!
