Six Flags America Closing Forever | Why is it Closing and What Happens to the Rides?

Six Flags America is closing forever on November 2, 2025. This is the largest amusement park in the Washington D.C. metro area. The park has been open for over 50 years, originally starting as a zoo before transitioning into a full-fledged theme park with 9 different roller coasters. However, the newly merged Six Flags corporation no longer saw the park as part of its long-term strategy. This video discusses why the park is closing and what happens next, while also reflecting on some of my experiences there.
