IMF proposes structural reforms to accelerate SA's economic growth

South Africa faces slow growth, widespread unemployment, and a high reliance on foreign capital inflows. The IMF, however, says that with planned structural reforms, Africa's largest economy should boost growth and create jobs for its growing population. CCTV's Jiitu Abraham with the story.
