"THIS Is How Bitcoin Hits $1 Million" | Balaji Srinivasan Bitcoin Price Prediction On March 17th, entrepreneur, investor, and former CTO of Coinbase, Balaji Srinivasan, tweeted a response betting that Bitcoin would hit $1 million in 90 days. Is this just a ridiculous statement from someone wanting to bring attention to themselves, or is there actually merit to Balaji's theory? While he does admit that 90 days is a long shot, he also does make a somewhat compelling argument for how Bitcoin could reach $1 million dollars in the very near future. Balaji's main theory is that people, en masse, for various reasons, will ultimately choose to opt-out of the current, centrally controlled, debt-based, fractional-reserve, fiat system when they realize that it's not safe. If only a fraction of those people choose to adopt Bitcoin as a safe haven asset, you'd see an astronomical jump in price.
