I'm totally getting compliments and always asking where did I get it done and can I refer them to the doctor also? So it's been a wonderful experience. Dr. Timmerman has always gone out of his way to make you feel comfortable when you're in the chair and when he's doing the procedure. When I was here when I had my veneers done, he made me feel real comfortable and calm and he's just been really great through all my procedures. When I came down here for my original visit, the experience I had was very pleasant. I was impressed with all the technology, the toys, it was really neat and I was excited about it and when he showed me what could be done, I just said that this is the right place for me. The really nice thing is when you have an appointment with Dr. Timmerman, he has an appointment with you and you're not left sitting in the chair while he goes to someone else. It's your appointment time and he spends the time with you. One of my first experiences was they walked me through every step of what we were going to be doing, and I understood it. It was very simple, very easy to follow, and I never had anybody really do that with me. Usually you just come in and they work on you and at the end you're wondering what's going on. But instead they had a different approach. They really walked me through it and made sure I understood it and I really enjoyed that. I'm able to smile. Smile now when before I wasn't able to smile, and I feel very comfortable with talking to people like being in front of somebody or maybe just showing my teeth. Which is something that's more wonderful as far as building up your self esteem. So my self esteem now has risen now to heights that it has never been before. So it's absolutely great. I couldn't be happier with what Dr. Timmerman has done. He's given me confidence, I work in sales. I'm with the public all the time. I'm able to smile and be comfortable. I can talk. When your mouth is, or your teeth are bad, you just don't want to open your mouth. So now I have all the confidence and I like to smile now! It's given me a lot more confidence in myself. I feel more comfortable speaking in public. I have a job that requires me to do that and I have always been a confident person but now I'm excited about smiling. I enjoy it and I just feel better about myself and Dr. Timmerman has allowed me to feel that way.
