Here’s what I do daily to keep my digestion on point ⬇️ 1️⃣ Warm water after waking up 1–2 glasses of warm water every morning. Feels tough at first, but it really kickstarts digestion and bowel movement. 2️⃣ Add probiotics + fiber to your diet Curd (dahi) = natural source of probiotics like Lactobacillus Fiber-rich foods: fruits, vegetables, oats, dals, chia seeds 👉 Most people chase protein and ignore fiber. I learned this the hard way. If you’re cutting and fiber intake is low, try Isabgol (psyllium husk) — 2 spoons = 10–12g fiber. And yes… most expensive “fiber supplements” are basically just this. 3️⃣ Walk after every meal Just 10–15 minutes of walking improves blood flow to the stomach and helps digestion a lot.
