DMV Lupus & You: Diet and Nutrition – May 3, 2023

This Lupus & You™, a free virtual educational program for individuals with lupus, their families, and friends, was hosted on Wednesday, May 3rd from 7:00 - 8:15pm. This virtual event had a presentation given by Dr. Megan Lockwood from Georgetown University. We also heard from Dr. Amit Saxena from NYU Langone who presented on Unlocking Lupus covering key learnings of SLE over the past few years. Finally, Shannon Blair, lupus warrior and LFA Ambassador, shared her story and perspective with us. Thank you to AstraZeneca for sponsoring this program.
