International Women’s Day Panel Discussion “Excel together – Shaping your career at Essity”

Friday March 8th is International Women's Day a date to highlight the importance of gender equality, and to ensure a world free of gender bias and stereotypes. At Essity we have a global target of gender balanced leadership within a 40-60 gender interval” (alt “gender balanced leadership with no gender representing more than 60 %”). For this to happen we know that internal movement is a key enabler. To recognize this day, we’ve recorded a panel discussion featuring inspiring employees from across Essity. These leaders have shared their experiences with career advancement and how they have fostered internal career development within their teams.
