How to Fix Grainy Static Graphics RE4 Remake
It looked a lot worse in game, capturing it made it look way better somehow idk man Appears to be linked with shadow rendering. Turning up shadow quality and textures down to not lose FPS helped a lot, think it looks better too. Results vary with specific PCs
