16-year-old shot in North Las Vegas, witness helps save teens life

The North Las Vegas Police Department is investigating a shooting near Centennial Parkway and Goldfield Street. It was reported on Tuesday afternoon at 2:47 p.m. Investigators say a 16-year-old boy was shot.
