OECS celebrates 40th anniversary

The territories of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) are celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Treaty of Basseterre, which brought the Organization into being. Saint Lucia was among the seven territories that signed the treaty. The Anniversary comes at a time when the Region is facing immense challenges from the fallout of COVID-19. The OECS Commission began the observance with a virtual Thanksgiving Service in collaboration with NTN.
