Windows Me & 2000 Sound Scheme

here is the sound scheme as used in both Windows 2000 and Windows ME. As they were launched around roughly the same time and for a similar purpose - to celebrate the year 2000 and to celebrate the new millennium - both of these operating systems share identical sound schemes (as well as branding, desktop icons and other visual and technical similarities). Despite Windows Me being built on the same codebase as Windows 95 and Windows 98, Windows Me was effectively designed and marketed to act as the consumer/home version of Windows 2000, akin to the home edition of Windows XP, released only a year later.
