FFIX E2PG - Part 71: Defeating Catoblepas

Remember what I said earlier, all weapon shop monsters must be defeated? Yeah. Fortunately you get 15000 Gil this time, which is pretty helpful. Equip Distract and Jelly, and most of Catoblepas's attacks won't hurt you. Use your Sapphire as quickly as possible to get 77 HP, then unleash the pwnage. Your HP isn't restored upon returning to Alexandria, which means you're ready to use Lucky Seven against Tantarian too. Which is good because that's pretty much the only chance in hell you have of winning.
