In response to Renegade Dalek victories over the Imperial Dalek Attack Squads, the Emperor Dalek authorises the deployment of the Special Weapons Dalek. The prop for the Special Weapons Dalek was built after the original plan to have a floating Dalek gunboat patrolling the streets of London was deemed too expensive for production.
